Advance The Church 2010 – Promo from Vintage21 Church on Vimeo.

Take a drive through your average Southern town, and you’d probably think that the church is doing fine. In most places, you feel like you can’t throw a rock without hitting a church (that, or a friend chicken joint). But the truth is, the church in the South is shrinking, just as many of our towns and cities are growing. In fact, for the first time in its history, the church is declining in the South at a rate faster than anywhere else in the country.

We believe this decline is not due to external factors, but an internal failure to communicate the gospel clearly and effectively to a culture which is dramatically changing.

The conference will be aimed at addressing that problem. It will be held April 26-27 at the Summit, with a Boot Camp to follow sponsored by Acts 29. Speakers include: Mark Driscoll, Ed Stetzer, Johnny Hunt, David Platt, Tullian Tchividjian, Matt Carter, J.D. Greear, Tyler Jones, and Jerome Gay. You won’t to miss this opportunity to be equipped by these gifted pastors and leaders.
