Below is last week’s Small Groups Update & here is your Leader Guide & Member Guide for this week’s small group gathering.
What we covered in the video:
- Online Group Management tool. We need you to start using this tool this week. If you missed the leader rally, contact your campus pastor or our small groups staff team and we can get you set up.
- Important Dates:
September 11 -Frontline: get trained to volunteer on the weekends.
September 18/19 – GroupLink: Where everybody gets into a small group. If you are launching a new group, we want to ensure you are represented if you have not already filled up your group. Our team will be following up with you this week.
September 24/25 – Life of David Begins: Every small group will be studying along with pastor J.D. as he goes through the life of David. Study guides should be out in the next 2-3 weeks.
3. BALANCE - a small group leader will get burnt out if he/she tries to DO everything on their own. The main role of a group leader is to balance the elements of group life for the group.
