One of the values we here at the Summit hold close is that we want to be the church in our communities instead of pulling people out of our communities to come to a centralized church. This value plays out in campus and church planting as well as in how we network our small groups. EQUIP is excited to let you know about a step being taken by some Summit people to make that a reality in the Cary / Apex / Holly Springs area.
Hello to the residents of the south-side of the greater Triangle Area! If you call Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, etc your home we are excited to have the chance to let you know about the local Summit family in your area. An increasing number of us are traveling from these areas to the Summit’s existing campuses and this is an exciting time to see how God is advancing his kingdom in our neighborhoods!
We want to take an evening to celebrate that and to connect with one another here in our area. So, we are going to get together. Details: Sunday, May 16th, 5pm at Apex Community Park.
Yes, food is provided.
Bring yourself, your kids if you got ‘em, and anyone else you know. We hope this is a time for those already at the Summit to connect, and for anyone who is interested to get to know others in their area. Who knows, maybe this is the first step in launching a campus in the greater Apex / Cary area! We are thrilled to be a part of what God is doing through the Summit and feel he has called us to be proactive in bringing the gospel to our local communities. Hope you will join us!
