If you’ve been around a while, you know that the summit has a vision to plant 1,000 churches in the next 40 years. The bottom line is that if we’re going to plant 1,000 churches, we’re going to need about 12,000 musicians:
SummitRDU Worship routinely hosts a four-week seminar on “Beginner Guitar for Worship.” Scott Swanek, a qualified guitar instructor, will be presenting this workshop to inspire and equip willing students to worship God with the guitar. This seminar is designed for those who have no experience in guitar, but have the sense of rhythm, love of music, and the passion to lead others in worship. If you have tried guitar without much success in the past, Scott will cut through some of the consfusion often associated with learning, plus review your guitar to improve its playability.
There is a fee of $20 for this seminar to cover materials, due by 9:00am at the first session.
